Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT requirements.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and finalize candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing (preferred).
• Strong understanding of US tax terms, visas, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (US EST timings).
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
