Job Role – US IT Recruiter (OPT Hiring Specialist)

Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

About the Role:

Are you a dynamic recruiter with a passion for helping individuals build successful IT careers in the US market? We’re looking for a US IT Recruiter (OPT Recruiter) who can source, screen, and enroll US-based candidates—especially F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card holders—into our IT training and placement program.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Source and track resumes from DICE, Monster, DesiOPT, and internal databases

✅ Recruit and engage candidates on F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card visa statuses

✅ Post job ads and reach out to potential candidates for IT training and W2 hiring

✅ Conduct initial screenings and build a candidate database

✅ Coordinate and manage the full recruitment life cycle

✅ Explain compensation packages and assess candidate fit

✅ Follow up with candidates, manage pipeline, and collect training feedback

✅ Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and training activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment, especially OPT/CPT hiring
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in recruiting for training programs is a plus
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
