Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants. Posting the ads for F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring. Managing and directing the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, directing, and closing candidates. Collect feedback about the various facets of the training program. Maintain records on the conducted training and participant's details. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, OPT/CPT hiring, or training/admissions counselling. Good to have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills. Experience working with US-based candidates (preferably OPT/CPT/H1B). Target-driven mindset and ability to handle objections with empathy.
