Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for IT roles in the United States.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Use various recruitment methods (e.g., online job boards like DICE, MONSTER) to attract talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in job offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate or Postgraduate from an IT background

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to meet recruitment targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with IT terminology and industry trends
