Market our bench consultants to direct clients, vendors, and tier-1 partners
Develop and maintain strong vendor & client relationships
Negotiate rates and ensure quick closures
Understand requirements from clients/vendors and match suitable candidates
Track submissions, follow-ups, and interview schedules
Maintain a database of bench candidates and market them proactively
1–3 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)
Good understanding of the US recruitment & staffing process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
