About the Role: We are looking for an experienced W2 Specialist Recruiter to join our growing team and support hiring needs for our client based in California. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in W2 hiring processes and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to meet critical staffing requirements. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit W2 candidates for IT and non-IT roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Ensure full compliance with client requirements, company policies, and legal regulations. Handle background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of W2 recruitment experience (IT staffing strongly preferred). Strong understanding of US work authorization types, specifically W2 employment. Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, following CST hours. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Prior experience working with clients based in California is a plus.
