• Market available bench candidates to

  Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with

  vendor partners and hiring managers

  .
• Source and screen job requirements from vendors and match with bench consultants.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and

  negotiate rates

  .
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions and interview statuses.
• Proactively work on getting

  requirements for bench consultants

  by cold calling, networking, and utilizing job boards.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of placed consultants and follow up for client feedback.
