🚨 We’re Hiring – US IT Bench Sales Recruiters! 🚨 📍 Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad 🧑 💼 Position Type: On-site 🕕 Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST 🗓️ Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) HCL Global Systems is actively seeking experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. 🔹 Experience: 2 to 6 Years 🔹 Must-Have: Strong experience working with Prime Vendors / American Vendors 🔹 Location: Hyderabad-based candidates only (F2F interview required) 🔧 Roles and Responsibilities: Market available bench candidates to Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients . Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners and hiring managers . Source and screen job requirements from vendors and match with bench consultants. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and negotiate rates . Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions and interview statuses. Proactively work on getting requirements for bench consultants by cold calling, networking, and utilizing job boards. Ensure smooth onboarding of placed consultants and follow up for client feedback. 📩 Interested?
