Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Person (Night Shift) / US IT Recruiter

Location: Infocity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (IST)

We are a leading IT staffing and consulting firm focused on providing top-notch staffing solutions to clients across the United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Bench Sales Person to join our team during the night shift. This role is crucial for managing and supporting bench candidates, helping them secure their next opportunity by proactively engaging with them and applying for relevant job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Updates: Regularly update and tailor resumes of bench candidates according to job requirements and market trends.

Job Applications: Actively apply for relevant job openings for bench candidates across various platforms and clients.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with bench candidates, keeping them engaged and motivated throughout the job search process.

Warmth and Encouragement: Provide support, encouragement, and advice to candidates, ensuring they feel valued and confident during the job-hunting process.

Job Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the job market and opportunities available for IT professionals in the US.

Client Communication: Regularly update and inform the team about the status of candidates, including any interviews, placements, or feedback from clients.

Candidate Follow-up: Ensure consistent follow-ups with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and status updates.

Maintain Database: Keep track of candidate status, job applications, interview results, and placement activities in the internal database.

Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for future opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales or a similar role in the IT recruitment/staffing industry.

Knowledge of IT technologies and understanding of different job roles in the industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple candidates and job applications simultaneously.

Ability to motivate and engage with candidates.

Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to apply for jobs.

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
