Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience
in US HR and immigration within a staffing/recruitment firm.
In-depth knowledge of
US visa categories, USCIS processes, and HR compliance requirements

Hands-on experience with OPT/CPT candidates and H-1B processing.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work US shift hours as required.
