Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our US Healthcare Backend Office team. This is a non-billing process role focused on administrative and backend support for US medical practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle backend healthcare operations such as patient data management, eligibility, prior authorization, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
  • Previous experience in US healthcare backend or RCM process is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
