Salary: (Negotiable as per last experience and CTC)

Bizbooks Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced candidate with strong expertise in US Corporate Taxes to join our growing team in Mohali.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare & review US corporate tax returns (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships).

-Ensure compliance with US federal, state & local tax regulations.

-Conduct tax research & provide solutions for complex issues.

-Review financial statements, reconciliations, and working papers.

-Collaborate with clients & internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.

-Mentor junior accountants.

🎯 Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting & US tax experience.

-Strong knowledge of US corporate taxation laws & compliance.

-Experience with tax software (Ultra Tax, Drake, etc.).

-Excellent communication & analytical skills.

-CPA/CA preferred but not mandatory.
