Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & review US corporate tax returns (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships).
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state & local tax regulations.
• Conduct tax research & provide solutions for complex issues.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and working papers.
• Collaborate with clients & internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor junior accountants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting & US tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of US corporate taxation laws & compliance.
• Experience with tax software (ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, etc.).
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• CPA/EA preferred but not mandatory.
