US Corporate Tax Specialist

As a Senior Accountant (US Corporate Tax Specialist) at Bizbooks Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare & review US corporate tax returns (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships). - Ensure compliance with US federal, state & local tax regulations. - Conduct tax research & provide solutions for complex issues. - Review financial statements, reconciliations, and working papers. - Collaborate with clients & internal teams to ensure timely deliverables. - Mentor junior accountants.
