What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and place top IT talent for clients across the US and Canada
• Coordinate with North American teams and hiring managers to fulfill roles
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS
• Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and achievement of daily/weekly targets
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers with

  excellent English communication skills (10/10)

  and a passion to learn global recruitment
• Experienced recruiters with

  hands-on exposure to Canada/US staffing

• Self-motivated, target-oriented professionals with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in

  night shifts (supporting US/Canada time zones)

• Team players who thrive in a performance-based culture
