US Airlines Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound outbound calls for US-based customers.Sell airline tickets, travel packages, and related services.Manage customer queries regarding bookings, cancellations, and reissues.Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) for reservations.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Deliver excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in US Travel / Airlines Sales.Strong communication skills in English (verbal written).Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems preferred.Ability to work in US shift timings.Goal-oriented and customer-focused personality.
