Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls for US-based customers. Sell airline tickets, travel packages, and related services. Manage customer queries regarding bookings, cancellations, and reissues. Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) for reservations. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in US Travel / Airlines Sales. Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems preferred. Ability to work in US shift timings. Goal-oriented and customer-focused personality.
