US Accounts Specialist (Receivable/Payable)

As a candidate for the position, your primary job responsibility will include: - Generating and sending invoices to customers following U.S. GAAP standards. - Monitoring accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. - Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. - Utilizing analytical skills to gather and organize information effectively. - Proficiency in invoicing and accounting software is required. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports for accuracy and U.S. GAAP compliance. - Reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. - Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary. - Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing activities. - Preparing financial reports and providing support for financial analysis when needed. - Collaborating with the finance team to enhance accounting processes and efficiency. - Staying updated on U.S. GAAP regulations and ensuring compliance in all accounting activities. Candidates for this role should possess the following requirements: - Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English are essential. - Comfortable working the US night shift. - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
