US Accounts Executive

*US Account Executive* with 6+ months of work experience required *US based CPA firm* at *Dahisar, Mumbai*

*Fresher also can apply*

JD:

- *Execute daily transaction entries and perform data accuracy checks to support US accounting operations*

- Support month-end closure of US accounts and ensure timely finalization of books

- *Carry out bank reconciliations, process AP/AR transactions,* and maintain the general ledger as per guidelines

- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

- *Assist in executing sales tax calculations* and ensure compliance tasks are completed under senior supervision

- Work closely with CPAs for statutory compliance — monthly, quarterly, and yearly

- *Assit in quarterly sales tax workings and filings*

- Coordinate effectively with the India & US teams, CPAs, foreign clients, and other external agencies

- *Assist in audits and maintain up-to-date documentation as per US accounting standards*

*Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm*

*June-Dec: 5-day weeks; rest: 6-day.*

Salary *upto Rs 25,000 per month
