Job Description

Junior Accountant Manager - US Accounting/ Remote

Exp - 5+ years.

Shift 5:30 PM IST start onwards

Okay to use own laptop

Key duties and responsibilities to include

Record and maintain financial transactions
: Record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Ensure financial data is entered accurately into accounting software or ledgers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable
: Process invoices, track payments, and handle collections to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts:
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial statements and reports:
Create monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. (HIGH Value)
Support administrative and operational functions:
Assist with payroll, manage vendor relationships, and provide other administrative support.
Analyze financial data:
Use data from the general ledger and other systems to analyze financial performance and identify trends. (LOW Priority)
Streamline processes:
Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. (LOW Priority)
