Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Accountant with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with US accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax-related support for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks
• Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies
• Coordinate with CPAs for tax filings and audits
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a US Accountant or Bookkeeper
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (required)
• Formal training or certification in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
