Looking Candidates for Private Equity Fund Accounting Process for Gift City/Mumbai

Experienced in End-to-end Fund Accounting.

We are looking for Executive/AM for our Private Equity Operations team, whose responsibilities would include producing timely and accurate accounting and reporting for assigned PE Funds. The individual would also be responsible for performing periodical (daily, monthly, quarterly, etc) deliverables through the running of controls, trial balance preparation and analytical reports as per Client requirements. In addition, the Assistant manager / Deputy Manager would be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to client queries and requests on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Calculation of daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and performance of daily and monthly securities pricing analysis
• Understanding the operational workflow with respect to trade booking, confirmation, settlement, collateral, product control, and investor allocation
• Performing position and cash reconciliation with prime brokers/custodians/counterparties and resolving all open breaks in a timely manner
• Middle office functions including profit and loss analysis, daily cash projections, calculations of foreign exchange transfers required for funding, checking clients' contributions and redemptions etc.
• Reviewing general ledger exceptions, identifying causes, and making necessary adjustments
• Verifying performance by reviewing large profit and loss swings and analyzing income/expense journals for validity
• Accruing daily or monthly non-security related accruals, including management fees and financing accruals
• Processing non-automated transactions, including over-the-counter derivatives and their related cash movements
• Validating and processing corporate action data

Minimum 1 to 10 Years of Experience in Fund Accounting.
