Role & Responsibilities You will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-end interior design and architectural projects, overseeing all phases from initial sketches to final installations. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure design visions are translated into practical, innovative solutions. Develop detailed design plans, presentations, and technical drawings using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5, Lumion, Enscape, and 3DsMax. Oversee on-site project implementation to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to timelines. Manage project budgets and coordinate with external teams for resource optimization and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks throughout all project phases. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years" experience in interior design and architectural projects with a proven portfolio. - Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, 3DsMax, and D5 for rendering. - Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of design aesthetics, technical detailing, and modern design trends. Preferred - Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification standards. - Experience in managing on-site project execution in fast-paced and dynamic environments.,
