We are looking for an experienced and capable Sr. Project Manager to oversee both government and in-house residential civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale government infrastructure projects (such as flyovers, RCC roads, and other civil works including Drainage, RCC, Compounds, COPS Development, Interior, Finishing), as well as experience in handling residential developments.
This role requires comprehensive knowledge of government tenders, tender processing, billing, and the execution of public projects. Additionally, the candidate should be able to manage the complete lifecycle of in-house residential projects, from design to execution, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
