Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to generate quality immigration leads.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies and website optimization to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Create engaging content and social media posts (blogs, reels, creatives, landing pages) aligned with brand goals.
• Run and optimize paid ads (PPC, social media) with focus on ROI and reduced cost per lead.
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through automation.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Build conversion-focused landing pages, forms, and CTAs to support lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales team to align marketing with client acquisition.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
• Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all campaigns.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, PPC campaigns, and lead generation funnels.
• Familiarity with email automation platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot/Zoho) preferred.
• Knowledge of landing page design and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 25 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in immigration, education, or service-based industries).
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
