Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
Perform system upgrades, enhancement packages, support packages, kernel updates, and OSS note implementations.
Monitor and tune SAP system performance, including memory usage, database management, and background jobs.
Manage SAP transports, including CTS+ in dual or multi-landscape environments.
Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning, configuration, and testing.
Perform client copies, system refreshes, and client transports.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for seamless system operations.
Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues.
Maintain SAP documentation, landscape architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Support SAP migrations to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP RISE) if applicable.
Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
Work closely with functional and development teams (ABAP, Fiori) to support ongoing SAP initiatives.
