We Are Hiring for Bancassurance channel for leading insurance(Life) company,

Post- Relationship Officer

CTC- up to 2.1LPA +inc +rem

Location- Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Relationship Officer has the responsibility of driving sales  
  • Target Achievement
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
  • Sales Support
  • Relationship Management
  • Has to engage an open and trusting relationship with customers

 

Key performance indicators

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
  • Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
  • Increasing productivity of bank branch
