Urgent Requirement of Business Development Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Puruliya for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching customers or SBI, Managing customers of multiple SBI Branches of Purulia Raghunathpur cluster, presenting proposals to potential clients as Achieving monthly and annual Targets. This role involves significant interaction with clients and internal teams to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and Customer relations
• Strong sales Skills of insurance products and services.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Candidates preferably with 35yrs and having own Two-wheeler for Branch to Branch commuting.
  

CTC will be 1.80 lacs for Freshers and people from non Insurance domain.
For others CTC will depend on existing CTC.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
