Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and multilingual Receptionist/Counsellor/Managing Front-office to serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors at our Digital marketing institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling student enquiries, coordinating with faculty, and playing a key role in lead conversion and student placements. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi , and prior experience in the education sector are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Attend incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and schedules to walk-ins and callers. Maintain a warm and welcoming reception area. Manage and follow up on student enquiries (walk-in, phone, email). Ensure regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into admissions. Track and convert prospective student leads into confirmed enrollments. Counsel students on various programs/course options and career prospects. Maintain and update lead status in the CRM/database system. Coordinate with teaching staff and faculty regarding ongoing batches and class schedules. Ensure timely updates and feedback loops between administration and academic departments. Connect with companies and HR professionals for potential student placement opportunities. Maintain a database of company leads and follow-up for placement collaboration. Accurately manage student and lead databases using appropriate software tools like google sheets. Maintain student records, appointment logs, and enquiry databases. Support in organizing and coordinating counselling sessions or student orientation programs. Generate regular reports on admissions, leads, and placements. Key Requirements: Any graduate with a background in counselling, education, or administration is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution. Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi both spoken and written. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills. Strong organizational and database management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and lead management tools or CRM systems if any.. Familiarity with education industry trends and student career pathways.
