Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sr. Officer HR & Admin is responsible for managing and supporting key HR functions including recruitment, employee on boarding, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and day-to-day administrative operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and efficient office administration while maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & On boarding Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents. Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities. 2. HR Operations Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data. Process attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs. Manage probation confirmations, increments, and exit formalities. 3. Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Manage ESIC, PF, gratuity, and other statutory documentation. Support audits and maintain all compliance records. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism. Promote a positive organizational culture. 5. Performance Management Assist in periodic performance evaluations and appraisal processes. Track KPIs and follow up with department heads. 6. Administration Responsibilities Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility management. Coordinate vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and AMC renewals. Manage travel arrangements, company assets, and administrative budgets. 7. MIS & Reporting Prepare HR reports: recruitment status, attendance, attrition, and manpower data. Present monthly HR & Admin dashboards to management. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Problem-solving attitude and confidentiality handling. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 36 years of experience in HR & Administration roles. Experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or corporate environment (as applicable).
