Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Shift scheduling

2. Optimum manpower planning

3. Checking DPS (Daily Production Sheet)

4. Maintaining daily production reports / Tracking of reports/ Production loss analysis

5. Submission of WIP data & maintain defined WIP

6. Make arrangement of Master copy before production starts

7. Understanding the job & collection of production order

8. Approval of quality for the job to run smooth production

9. Ensure wearing PPE by all employees, adherence of compliance rules

10. Maintain 5S on shop floor

11. Machine wise job planning & input material arrangement.

12. Identification of training need

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Production / Printing Technology; Graduate in Science or Engineering preferred.
48 years of experience in a supervisory role in a paper, printing, or stationery manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for paper products (e.g., notebooks, registers, writing pads, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with production planning, quality systems (ISO/5S), and basic maintenance.
Good communication, problem-solving, shift coordination and decision-making abilities.
