Job Description of Project Sales Manager
Position: Project Sales Manager Location: Andheri Industry: Real EstateKey Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through projects. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers. Promote company products/services for inclusion in project specifi cations. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) for smooth project execution. Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
