• Brainstorm, design, and develop new features in products as per the team practices.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to improve engineering productivity.
• Independently lead the feature(s) through release
• Design and implement moderate to high complexity features to a high level of quality.
• Facilitate decisions necessary to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion.
• Define and prioritize tasks for the team and leverage resources to complete tasks on time.
• Review code and design of junior engineers and provide high-quality feedback.
• Involve in testing activities and write unit tests for the features.
• Mentor junior engineers.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/Electronics and Communications / Telecommunication / Electrical / Instrumentation
• 5 - 15 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, effectively diagnosing technical issues and proposing reasonable solutions.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proficiency in C#, .net.
• Strong understanding and experience of software design principles.
• Experience with Linux operating systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices and continuous integration pipelines is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in programming using NI hardware, drivers, and application software such as TestStand, and LabVIEW.
• Prior experience developing ATE and applications for semiconductor validation and production test.
• Experience developing Test and Measurement applications/systems using LabVIEW, Python or TestStan
