Position: UI/UX Designer Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2+ years About the Role: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, and usability best practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analyse user needs to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Design intuitive navigation, layouts, and interactive elements for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience. Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus). Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. UI Skills: Visual design & layout. Design systems knowledge. Color theory and typography. Designing for responsiveness and accessibility. UX Skills: User research. Information architecture. Wireframing and prototyping. Journey mapping & empathy mapping. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
