Roles & Responsibilities:

Looking for candidates having experience in Utility Maintenance for for Compressors, DG units.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate is having Knowledge of HT & LT Panel.
Candidate having knowledge of regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems (e.g., DG, boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, STP,ETP, UPS, generators, water treatment, etc.)
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing downtime.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and equipment histories.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, safety) to coordinate maintenance tasks with minimal disruption.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to utilities .
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utility equipment.
Identify and recommend system improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
Monitor and control energy usage and suggest conservation measures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
