1. Employment Model: You will be deployed to Clinet Company through TeamLease Digital Pvt Ltd, as a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) employee. You will be on our payroll and not a direct employee of  Client   initially.
2. Conversion to Direct Role: Client Company may consider you for a permanent position on their payroll based on your performance and internal requirements. However, we cannot commit to the exact timeline or assurance of conversion as it is subject to Client Company policies and discretion.

8. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with deep expertise in managing Identity and Access Management

across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. The role emphasizes automation of IAM provisioning and

policy management using Terraform to ensure scalable, secure, and consistent multi-cloud access governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage IAM policies, roles, users, groups, and permissions across Azure AD, AWS

IAM, and GCP IAM.

• Automate IAM resource provisioning, access management, and policy enforcement using Terraform and

native IaC tools (Azure ARM templates, AWS CloudFormation, GCP Deployment Manager).

• Implement and maintain identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

across cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application owners to define access controls aligned

with security best practices and least privilege principles.

• Monitor, audit, and review IAM activities and permissions to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Troubleshoot and remediate IAM-related issues and incidents.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and runbooks for IAM configurations, processes, and

automation.

• Stay current with evolving cloud IAM features, security threats, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.

• Support compliance and audit activities related to identity and access management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience managing IAM in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Relevant certifications preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer

• AWS Certified Security Specialty

• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer

• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM.

• Expertise in Terraform for automating IAM and cloud infrastructure deployments.

• Familiarity with other IaC tools such as ARM templates, CloudFormation etc.

• Experience configuring and managing identity federation, SSO, and MFA across cloud platforms.

• Good understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards

• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams

Skills Required:

• Experience integrating cloud IAM with enterprise identity providers (Azure AD Connect, AD, Sailpoint).

• Knowledge of cloud monitoring and logging services (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudTrail, GCP Cloud Audit Logs).

• Understanding of containerized environments and Kubernetes IAM integration (AKS, EKS, GKE).

• Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and security automation pipelines.
