Position Overview

Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations while ensuring a

  premium customer experience

• Lead, motivate, and supervise showroom executives and support staff
  
• Achieve showroom sales targets through

  walk-in conversion and lead generation

• Maintain high standards of

  visual merchandising, product display, and showroom ambiance

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
  
• Coordinate with

  sales, dispatch, and marketing teams

  for smooth order execution
• Train showroom staff on

  product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service

• Monitor display stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  
• Prepare and submit

  daily footfall reports, sales summaries, and management MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  412 years in showroom management / customer service (Preferably in Tiles, Ceramics, Bathware, Sanitaryware, or Retail Industry)
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Customer-centric approach with strong closing ability
  
• Good understanding of

  interior design trends and product presentation

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational tasks
