Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop subject-specific content (lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, presentations, teacher guides, etc.) aligned with school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Boards).
Create interactive and age-appropriate learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
Adapt content for both classroom and digital/online learning platforms.
Research and integrate innovative teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and teachers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Review and edit existing content to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure all content is plagiarism-free, original, and easy to comprehend.
Keep up to date with curriculum changes, pedagogical trends, and assessment guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

4-9 years of experience in Content Development, Curriculum Development, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Ed preferred).
Strong skills in Content Designing, Content Creation, Lesson Planning, and Curriculum Designing.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline software for developing interactive e-learning modules.
