Designation: Assistant Manager- Field Operations & MIS

Total Experience: Min 5 to 7yrs

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market recce and identify business opportunities across corporate parks.
Develop and implement media plans tailored for corporate park activations.
Drive sales and maximize revenue potential from spaces within corporate parks.
Conceptualize and execute engaging promotional activities (e.g., Flea Markets, F&B Fests, Employee Engagement drives).
Establish and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships.
Ensure smooth coordination with corporate park management, clients, and internal teams for activations.
Track performance of activations and campaigns, prepare MIS reports, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines of respective corporate parks.
