Role & responsibilities

  • Quantity Measurement
  • Measure work done on-site using drawings and physical inspection.
  • Prepare

    Measurement Sheets

    and

    Abstract Sheets

  • Prepare

    Running Account (RA) Bills

  • Ensure bills match the approved

    BOQ

    and work orders
  • Maintain all records of billing, measurements, and material consumption.
  • Update project billing logs and progress reports.
  • Archive signed RA bills, measurement books, and client communications.
  • Prepare final bills after project completion.
  • Ensure all dues, variations, and retentions are settled

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma

    or

    B.E./B.Tech

    in

    Civil Engineering

    (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech or MBA in Construction Management)

  • 5+ years

    : Senior Billing Engineer (handling multiple projects, final bills)
  • Time management and ability to

    meet billing deadlines

  • Quantity surveying, AutoCAD, Excel, ERP billing software
