Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.   
    • Recruit, train, and develop agents (Financial Consultants) to build a strong distribution network.   
    • Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve goals.   
    • Monitor and manage sales-related activities and ensure the sales process is efficient.   

  • Branch Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the branch.   
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial reporting.   
    • Manage branch financials, including profitability and performance metrics.   

  • Team & Customer Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and support staff.   
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.   
    • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders.   
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address inquiries and issues promptly.
