About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive with strong communication skills and a background in science or pharma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving B2B sales across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

•   Generate and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound channels.

•   Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; update sales progress regularly.

•   Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

•   Achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.

•   Conduct B2B and industrial sales activities.

•   Identify and target Pharma Certification, FMCG, Flavour & Fragrance companies.

•   Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.

•   Follow up regularly with prospects on their inquiries.

•   Send quotations, emails, proforma invoices, and other customer documents.

•   Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

•   Participate in exhibitions and trade shows across India.

Requirements

•   Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

•   Preferred qualifications: B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharma.

•   Excellent verbal & written communication in English.

•   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

•   Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
