Role & responsibilities

Provide IT, Networking & Cloud support for IT infrastructure issues including desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, O365, and basic Azure administration.
Perform user account management (password resets, access provisioning, group policies) in Active Directory and O365.
Perform Office 365 administration tasks such as mailbox setup, troubleshooting, license management, Teams and Outlook client troubleshooting, SharePoint, and OneDrive permission troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of the Azure environment, with the ability to assist in providing basic cloud infrastructure support.
