Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Assistant Manager with 5- 6 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling sales success for our portfolio of IT services, platforms, or solutions. This role is critical in bridging the gap between product, sales, and marketing to drive growth and competitive differentiation. Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launches Develop and own GTM strategies for new and existing services/products, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Delivery, Pre-Sales) to align messaging and positioning. Messaging & Positioning Craft differentiated value propositions, key messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that resonate with target audiences. Translate complex technical offerings into clear, benefit-driven marketing assets. Sales Enablement Create sales collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, and solution briefs to support field enablement. Conduct training sessions and build sales playbooks to empower the sales and inside sales teams. Customer & Market Insights Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy and messaging. Use insights to continuously refine positioning and identify emerging trends or whitespace opportunities. Campaign & Content Collaboration Partner with demand generation and digital teams to create content for integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and ABM initiatives. Contribute to blogs, webinars, case studies, and industry narratives aligned to product focus areas. Performance Measurement Track adoption, pipeline impact, and content engagement to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Provide actionable feedback and refine strategy based on performance data. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 56 years of product or solution marketing experience in the IT services or SaaS domain Deep understanding of enterprise buyers, personas, and complex B2B sales cycles Strong experience in GTM planning, positioning, messaging, and enablement Excellent storytelling, communication, and content development skills Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management platforms MBA in marketing, Communications, or related field Nice to Have: Experience in ABM, buyer journey mapping, and persona-driven content strategies
