Role & responsibilities Booking of the orders from the customers Receive purchase orders from Inter Unit customers Maintaining a database of the orders Follow up for the pending orders and ensure timely delivery of the products Record and maintain the daily order status Timely dispatch of goods to all destinations Coordination with the Excise and logistics department Clearance of the stock in hand Recording and maintaining the dispatch details of the goods Maintaining the database of the complaints in CCMS Follow up with the respective authorities for the closure of the complaints Inform customers to dispatch the rejected materials Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing process Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problems
