As a User Experience (UX) Designer at our company, you will be responsible for conducting user research to gain insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience. By analyzing research findings, you will develop user personas, user journeys, and use cases to guide the design process effectively. Your role will involve translating complex financial concepts into user-friendly interfaces that cater to a diverse user base. Through wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive prototypes, you will communicate design ideas and user flows. Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input will be crucial to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical constraints. In the realm of visual and interaction design, you will craft visually appealing user interfaces that are intuitive and consistent with our brand identity. Developing design elements such as icons, buttons, and graphics to enhance the overall user experience will be a key aspect of your work. Defining and implementing interaction patterns across various devices to provide a seamless user experience will also be part of your responsibilities. Usability testing will be a core component of your role, where you will plan and conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs. By gathering and analyzing user feedback, you will identify areas for improvement and implement design adjustments to enhance the overall user experience. Collaboration and communication are essential in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and deliverables. Effectively communicating design concepts, decisions, and rationale to team members and stakeholders will be crucial for successful outcomes. Participating in design reviews and providing/receiving constructive feedback will be key to improving design quality. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency across all digital platforms. Documenting design guidelines, best practices, and specifications for developers and team members will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting the development team during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity is essential. Continuous improvement is a mindset we value, and you will be expected to stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the fintech industry. Seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance design processes and outcomes, as well as experimenting with new design approaches and techniques to drive innovation in our products, will be encouraged. This is a full-time position, and the preferred education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Experience with HTML5 for at least 1 year is preferred. The work location is in person.
