Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our travel services and packages. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by visiting potential clients, corporate offices, and travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the travel agency.
• Visit potential and existing clients to promote travel packages, corporate tie-ups, and holiday solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Handle client queries, provide customized travel solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of booked services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and services.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
