Job Description

Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
social media strategies
aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow presence on platforms such as
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create, curate, and publish
engaging content
(posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).
Plan and manage
paid campaigns (social ads)
to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
Track, analyze, and report on
key performance metrics
(reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
Collaborate with design/content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements.
Respond and engage with followers to build
community interaction
.
Stay updated with the latest
social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
.

Skills & Qualifications:

36 years of proven experience as a
Social Media Specialist.
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, analytics, and tools &

Facebook Marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with
social media management tools
(Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Basic design/content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Ability to work
independently and manage campaigns end-to-end
.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of
SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising
is an added advantage.
