Edify School Medchal, Hyderabad, is inviting dynamic and experienced education leaders to join our team as School Principal.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar leadership role at reputed CBSE schools.
• At least 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff effectively.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall academic and administrative functions of the school.
• Ensure adherence to CBSE norms and continuous academic excellence.
• Lead staff development programs and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Maintain productive relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
