Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Advertisement Company: The Housing Index Location: Kirti Nagar Job Type: Full-Time | Field + Office Work Salary: ₹20,000/month to 25,000/month + Incentives (based on performance) Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate industry. Promote advertising services for real estate listings (print/digital). Close deals with property developers, builders, and agents. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell services. Track leads, maintain CRM data, and submit daily sales reports. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate, advertising, or media sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of online and offline ad platforms. Own vehicle (preferred) for client visits.
